SmartHub Self-Service Instructions
To access the Smarthub on the internet go to crstta.smarthub.coop. If you will be signing up for this FREE service – you may want to save this address in your list of favorites on the internet.
- An email address and password is required to view your billing information and/or pay on-line. See the image below for the link to click on when signing up for the service.
- After clicking on the “Click here to sign up for online access” link – you will be required to enter your Service ID (telephone number) and account number (found on your billing statement) and your email address – see below. Your computer generated password will be emailed back to you. The password can easily be changed after you are logged into the E-bill system by clicking on the “Customer Profile” link provided on the top navigation panel.
